1. General Information & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Nbagee ("we", "us", "the Platform") and every user of this platform. By accessing nbagee.ws or using any of its services, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms.

Nbagee is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. All operations are conducted in accordance with international gaming laws and regulations.

These terms may be updated at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you at your registered email address. Continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

To open an account with Nbagee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Only one account per person is allowed. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at registration. Providing false details may result in account termination.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.

Account Security

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, contact Nbagee support immediately. Nbagee will not be held liable for any losses resulting from account sharing or third-party use.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Nbagee follows international Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Identity verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal or placing large bets.

• National ID card (NID) or passport copy
• A recent selfie photo (holding your NID)
• Proof of payment method (bank statement, if required)

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is finalised.

Deposit Limit

5. Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Processing Time

• Bronze Member: up to 30 minutes
• Silver Member: up to 20 minutes

After KYC submission, your first withdrawal may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once per account.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the wagering requirements on your bonus have been met.
• Bonus claims are generally valid for 7 days, and wagering must be completed within 30 days.
• A maximum bet limit applies when placing bets using bonus funds.

Cashback Rules

VIP members' weekly cashback has no wagering requirements and is credited directly to the main balance. Cashback is calculated every Monday at 10:00 AM.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Nbagee:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the cash-out feature is active).
• Nbagee reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

Odds Changes

Odds may change based on market conditions. Bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nbagee:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Use of any scripts, bots, or automated software.
• Match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to open or use an account.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Nbagee may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• At the user's own request.

Closing your account yourself

You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Accounts can be reactivated within 30 days of closure.

10. Responsible Gaming

Nbagee is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be enjoyed purely as entertainment.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit.
• Betting Limits: Cap the amount you can bet within a set time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
